For vintage tubes, American tubes offer fantastic performance value for money. The quality these tubes possess is unrivalled compared to today’s reissues without costing such a premium like vintage European counterparts.
6L6GC – a tube unlike other. EL34 is nice, but if listen critically, it still lacks the intricate details a 6L6GC tube can bring. They belong to the same tube type and hence they are directly replaceable in any EL34 tube amps. Roll them in and you will be amaze at how much more details you have not been hearing with just EL34 tubes!
They are my ALL-TIME FAVOURITES. If not for duplicates and clearing some shelf-space, 6L6GC tubes ARE NEVER GOING TO BE SOLD AT ALL. They are that precious.
Sylvania tubes are often sitting in the middle between GE (value) and RCA (performance). I always tell customers to go for Sylvania tubes because they just perform so well for the price. One can never be disappointed with Sylvania tubes as they will upscale the performance of your amp no matter what. I am that confident.
Sylvanias are always about clarity and tight bass. They bring the listening experience to a joy. The top end always sparkle without being harsh and mids/mid bass are so clean and pronounce. RCA Blackplates are a benchmark in sound lush and big, yet Sylvanias 6L6GCs are full of intent and life.
Power tubes are tested by the plate current. Typical plate current of 6L6GC is around 72mA. No leakage as far as they are concerned – silver coatings on tubes are pristine.
Tube #1 = 80.1mA
Tube #2 = 77.2mA
Comes in white box.
All vintage tubes come with 1 month warranty.

What you see is what you get. When we sell tubes we always will take various angles of it so to make sure what you select is exactly what you saw. No substitutions, no dishonest replacements.
Note: unless specifically mentioned, we do not label our out-of-production tubes as NOS (New Old Stocks), a term so commonly branded in many tubes seller. There can almost never be any guarantee these out-of-production tubes are NOS; they were mostly made in the middle of 20th century!! Who tells the tale that they are still new?? No doubt there will still be, but the changes of hands of all these stocks made this verification too difficult. To us, tubes can test excellent or test like new, but we call them all vintage tubes.
