All products sold under QA (website and official accompanying sales channels) comes with warranty as long as it is being stated. Non-stated products will not.
Specific coverage of certain products and/or categories are as follows:
- All NOS/used/vintage vacuum tubes – 1 month
- All brand new reissued vacuum tubes – 6 months
- Aucharm grounding box and cables – 6 months
- Furukawa power cord – 1 year
- Muzishare tube amps – 1 year
- QA in-house Amps & DACs – 1 year
- QA in-house custom cables – 1 year
- QA Star Series cables – 2 years
Circumstances stated below are NOT covered under warranty:
- Faults caused by wear and tear, accident, dropping, mechanical damage, damp, moisture, chemical products, abnormal impact damage or force manoeuvre.
- Unlawful tampering, modification, repairing or removal of parts by anyone not authorised by QA.
Unfortunately, we are sorry to say the two-way shipping fees in sending your item to QA for warranty services and receiving it back from us is not covered by QA. All shipping fees are to be borne by you. We ship according to the current prevalent shipping rate as per new purchases.
It is okay to change your mind (yeah, ok we’ll admit we borrow this quote from IKEA)
Any purchases made from QA (website and official accompanying sales channels) stated or promised with 14-days return can be returned within 14 days from receiving them for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their best original state/condition with original packaging/box intact.
Any item returned with missing components, incomplete packaging and/or unsatisfactory conditions shall be refunded up to only 50% of purchase price.
It is the discretion of QA to fulfil the amount of refunds and QA reserves the right to not proceed with any returns and/or refunds if any unlawful tampering, modification, repairing or removal of parts resulting in voiding of warranty is/are found.
Similarly, shipping fees in sending your item to QA for returns are to be borne by you as well.
Shipping fees, regardless of local or overseas, are not refundable.
